Description:

The LA Group has an immediate opening for a full-time Marketing Coordinator/Proposal Manager. The qualified candidate will have a minimum of a BA/BS Degree in Marketing or related field and at least 5 to 7 years of experience with a minimal amount of travel required.

We seek an individual that will assist in the development of marketing, business development and collateral materials. As a key member of the firm’s marketing department, you will work collaboratively with the Principals, Directors and Managers of the firm to position and promote the company with clients, the media and in the marketplace, and coordinate the firms overall marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

· Strategic proposal development including creating messaging, writing/editing and producing submittals.

· Creating PowerPoint presentations and associated materials along with other computer presentations.

· Update various Governmental reports and forms.

· Assisting with the development of marketing brochures, awards submissions, collateral materials and project sheets.

· Assist with updating the firm’s Webpage.

· Research market specific projects, clients, and competitors.

· Assist with the planning of Market specific conferences and office functions.

· Prepare Press releases and newsletters – this includes writing, editing, and distribution.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

· Strong graphic skills, technical and writing skills.

· Understand and be able to lead strategic proposal and presentation development.

· Should be proficient in Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Adobe Creative Suites, and Quark.

· Ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task assignments with deadlines is a must.

· Excellent communication and written skills.

· Experience in the Architecture and Engineering industry is required.
