Description: Pennoni Associates, Inc, an ENR Top 500 consulting engineering firm and one of the Best Places to Work in PA for five consecutive years, is looking for an experienced Communications Specialist to join our Corporate Communications team.  The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent organization and time management skills.  This position involves preparing responses to RFP's, producing individualized Statement of Qualifications for targeted clients, working with current and new clients to assure deadlines are met, maintaining/organizing marketing materials, utilizing a client database program, writing project profiles, customizing staff resumes, maintaining databases, and coordinating information from subconsultants and clients.  This position requires someone who can work effectively as a team player, and equally as well independently. 

Ideal candidate will have between one and three years of experience with an A/E design firm, and direct Form 254, 255 and 330 experience.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent Marketing experience.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Excellent computer skills, including Adobe software and Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
